"Office staff was rude to me over the phone. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was denied. I then received a letter stating that I was using foul language and was given multiple warnings to remedy the situation which was all a lie. Speaking about a patient rudely while the office staff thinks the patient is on hold then reprimanding the patient as if they had done something wrong is very unprofessional. ..."

"I was treated very poorly by a staff member here. She thought I couldn’t hear her when she was talking negatively about me. Very unprofessional and rude and no apologies were given. I even asked to speak to the manager several times and never received a call. It’s pretty poor that they let their staff get away with speaking to patients the way they do."
