I called their in house Hippa hotline but my concerns weren’t addressed and they then dismissed me as a patient for asking them to answer concerns that are legally required by law to be discussed when there is an issue. I tried to talk to manager about all the communications issues but all I received in response was excuses and technical jargon rather than any real sense of concern.
