"It took me over a week to have a provider review lab results with me and give me a referral. Furthermore I was charged for a full appointment for a 60 second phone conversation after waiting over a week. I’m used to this office being unresponsive and unhelpful but this was a new low. "

"While the doctors here at this location are great, the clinic in general is horrendous. When calling in for an appointment, they only want to do phone call appointments, even for a physical. Not to mention their billing department doesn't do their job, have an outstanding balance from visits ranging from around 2 years ago even I had insurance that is in their network."
