"I agree, this has to be the worst medical office I have ever tried to work with. I would not recommend this office to anyone. I have called them over and over and over. They never return calls. If you are having medical problems, you better have a backup plan because you cannot count on them for anything. I will say that Dr, Kovid is very good, and I like him when I can get in to see him. "These other reviews talk about trying to get an associate on the phone to schedule an appt. How they have tried for a week. Well I've been trying for 3 MONTHS now. Told Dr. Trivedi was booked and they'd call me back. No calls received. I have left MULTIPLE messages!!!"

"I agree with these two reviews, it’s a nightmare to get an appointment and to get a refill and anything else with this staff. I have been a patient since 2017 so I have experienced it first hand. They also outright lied saying they prescribed meds which they never did, total cover up. No other pulmonary places in Salem so you are stuck. "

"Absolutely love Dr. Johnson. He gets 5 stars. Scheduling an appointment is a nightmare. I have been trying for a week to make an appointment for my mom, and get stuck leaving messages, unable to speak to an associate. Then, when they do call back, I am unavailable. I really hope the scheduling process can be improved. Still no appointment, and no attempts at alternative communication. "

"Picture yourself waiting a week to get an appointment with a doctor for medecine to help you breathe. You see the doctor who prescribes medecine. You go to the pharmacy in early evening to pick it up and the doctor's office hasn't bothered to send it in. WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE????"
