"Went to SMMC for visit with FNP with Dr. Megafu. They had been seeing me and giving me meds to try and help pain in r hand and arm due to accident per another Dr at CHH. I was 1st one in and registered. I know diff drs are working etc. I was taken to back and left in a cold room sitting on a very hard chair for 2 hrs without anyone checking on me. I went out to hall and saw a nurse talking on phone. ..."
