"Secretary at switch board you call into diagnosed me with strep throat over phone, without her having a medical degree or examining me. Pretty good, doctors are not even that good. Sounds like practicing medicine without a license, but I guess they are just that good. Refused to make an appointment with my PCP, told me I had to go to ER or urgent care and pay more money and wait in line for hours. ..."
