"Over the past 8 years I've had a range of experiences from absolutely terrible to fine. Referrals very often get lost in the shuffle and I often feel unheard or misunderstood, especially after reading after visit notes. It has been extremely frustrating to not understand why and how communication breaks down so often. Not a fan, but I think this is typical for health care now."
