"When my husband passed away they made sure I was aware I was still to take care of paying his bill. I received a check for over payment and it was made out in his name. I have made several calls asking to reissue the check in my name so I can cash it. My dead husband's account is closed. They have been less than helpful in taking care of this saying they will email me back it's been over a month ..."
