"We liked the doctor we saw (she was nice), but I experienced BJC and Children's to have some issues with transparent costs/billing. They are a business and clearly operate like one. We went for a child's arm and got an X-ray on site as they gave us no other options (note this was not acute or a major issue for the child, so they could have let us go outside of their facility for the X-ray).
