"I’ve been a patient here for over 10 years. I wouldn’t want to change it at all. Dr Picone has been incredibly helpful and his nurse, Rachel, is amazing at her job. I trust them completely. I’ve never waited more than 10-15 minutes to be seen. Usually it’s closer to 5-10 minutes. The front desk staff is efficient, just not super personable. I’m okay with that because of the efficiency. "Plan on waiting in the waiting room at least an hour past your appointment. This has happened to myself, my wife and two kids. I understand a little wait but this is unacceptable and they clearly do not value my time. "
