He was friendly, thorough, attentive, very up to date on my issues and interested in my health history and practices! "I’ve been a patient here for over 10 years. I wouldn’t want to change it at all. Dr Picone has been incredibly helpful and his nurse, Rachel, is amazing at her job. I trust them completely. I’ve never waited more than 10-15 minutes to be seen. Usually it’s closer to 5-10 minutes. The front desk staff is efficient, just not super personable. I’m okay with that because of the efficiency.
