"Terrible. After visiting and seeing a doc, I requested a 2015 form to be able to plan my trips. The new year weak, Monday, we discussed it and I was told 2 to 3 days because it was a holiday weak. Now its wendsday11/7/26 and still has not been done. I was there yesterday 1/6 and given the run around, while I see the same person who told me 2 or 3 days, and shesitting talking with someone at back table, ..."

"Good luck getting anyone to actually answer the phone. In the event you make an appointment, prepare for that time to be a suggestion. They overbook and they are a "teaching facility" so you will see a different doctor every time and wait hours in the waiting room to see someone barely out of medical school who doesn't listen at all."

"I am an OSC with early intervention and I have to say it's the worst place to get a live person or a call back..AWFUL..I FEEL BAD FOR THE ACTUAL PATIENTS THAT HAVE TO COME HERE..CAN'T IMAGINE ITS ANY BETTER IN PERSON..NEGATIVE 100 IS MY SCORE..YUCKKKK"

"This place is horrible. Been coming here for over 10 years. Despite them saying we can contact them 24 hours a day seven days a week,not once have i ever received a call back in regards to service or prescription refill. All mailboxes are always filled. This despite the fact that the place is full of employees walking around talking to each other. The only personal you can speak to on the phone is ..."
