"I would not go to this location. They are under staffed and you will wait several hours just to be seen in the emergency room. Alicia Robinson is a nurse there and she is very rude. My recommendation would be go to Hillcrest, they are so much better."

"Do not go to the Gleenpool location! Go to main hospital on Yale. Gleenpool needs to close the emergency center. It’s really just a band aid place."

"If I could give zero stars I would. Been sitting here almost 3 hours while my boyfriend has a huge laceration and bleeding and still haven’t been seen."

"Horrible experience. Took my daughter in because she was passing blood. Straight blood. She was given a room fairly quickly, but after almost 4 hours and never seeing a doctor, we left. The nurse said to try an urgent care facility. Not sure if the poor reviews will correct the terrible management, but maybe it will help people make a better choice in their medical care needs."
