"Told me MRI was covered by my insurance and I only had to pay for deductible. Then stuck me with a $600 bill. I spoke with my insurance, the office never contacted them at all. Apparently I have a deductible for MRI’s. How am I supposed to know this?!? I never had to pay out of pocket for any other service. They lied to me and told me I won’t pay out of pocket"

"Many heart and lung tests. Fay in this office is thorough and relates to patient needs. Every time we gave been there suite C I believe we have been treated well. Thats our experience. I always leave a filled in survey. PreTesting right above where security desk is was superb last Oct 2023. My husband was to have a RHC he is so in need of a miracle to bring high blood pressure in lungs to a stop. ..."

"TOOK MY 95 YEAR OLD MOM FOR XRAY...PARKING WAS AWFUL AND CONFUSING, ONLY A FEW HANDICAP SPOTS..ALL TAKEN. I HAD TO PUSH HER IN HER WHEELCHAIR VERY FAR DOWN LONG HALL AND UP STEEP RAMPS...I HAVE A BAD BACK SO NOT SO EASY. THEN THE XRAY MACHINE WAS NOT WORKING RIGHT SO WE HAD TO KEEP MAKING HER STAND FOR NO REASON. (AGAIN A VERY BIG TASK) AND SIT BACK DOWN YO TRY AGAIN!!!! THE TECHS AND OTHER WORKERS ..."
