"I was referred to see a surgeon for my shoulders, 1st visit the PAC-Man said "You will never see him only me"..did not address the pain, didn't want to do anything so I suggested P.T (Physical Therapy), on 6 week follow up he would not read the PT eval. Said my MRI's were stolen by an employee...2 hours later nothing happened as in "Where do we go from here?"...He had no clue, said "want a refund ..."
