"My doctor fired me. Well, actually, he is not a real doctor, as he claims. He went to ASU for two years to get a doctorate; he is not a real doctor or MD, but they make you think he is. He is dangerous. So Tanis is not a doctor—trust me on this; I did major research. When I told him he wasn't a doctor, he went crazy, fired me, and told me to "F off!" I am now taking my complaint to the next level ..."

"The worst! They take co payments then stiff you on the appt. Happens a-lot. RUN they will make your head worse trust me. just filed complaints with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners: Enough nonsense from these people already. They over bill constantly."
