"Dr Mata consistently makes mistakes when doing my refills and med changes, causing me to have to go periods without them.she is friendly enough, but neuro med prescribing requires a certain level of care and responsibility. She also charges an additional counseling fee despite appointments being 10 minutes long with zero counseling. I will be switching providers."

"My provider who I love put me on a medication that did a lot of harm. I was informed of the risks and told that if I noticed signs to call and schedule an emergency appointment. on January 24th I called. on average it takes about 30 minutes till someone answers the phone I was told the next available appointment was February 3rd so I booked it and asked if in the meantime, could my provider order ..."

"My doctor fired me. Well, actually, he is not a real doctor, as he claims. He went to ASU for two years to get a doctorate; he is not a real doctor or MD, but they make you think he is. He is dangerous. So Tanis is not a doctor--trust me on this; I did major research. When I told him he wasn't a doctor, he went crazy, fired me, and told me to "F off!" I am now taking my complaint to the next level ..."

"Beyond disappointed and beside myself. If you want help for mental health stay far away from this place. It's a money grab. I had a balance of 150 from 2 years ago. When I made the appointment it was addressed and the girl said she would look into it as she didn't know why. I never heard back. Showed for my appt. And demanded to pay the 150 and my copay. Still wasnt able to explain the balance. I ..."

"The worst! They take co payments then stiff you on the appt. Happens a-lot. RUN they will make your head worse trust me. just filed complaints with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners: Enough nonsense from these people already. They over bill constantly."
