"Once you get them on the phone which is very harrd, they (their staff) are OK. But when they called me on a phone I no longer own, and I called them back, both times they make me wait until I had to hang up and forget about it. Now, again, I am waiting on the phone."

"Nothing was checked out with my insurance company prior. I was told to get an ultrasound & was promptly billed for it because Pima Heart & Vascular failed to use the correct codes. Then I was told to show up for appointment & waited 2 1/2 hours. I did not believe the diagnosis. Pima Heart & Vascular failed to explain why they couldn't rebill using correct codes. Then, they failed to answer a complaint ..."
