"Went for my yearly wellness checkup at Sagebrush. They wanted a copay for the initial visit and I explained it was for a wellness checkup. The receptionish said ok and will change it to wellness. Met Dr and got the bloodwork paperwork. Did the bloodwork and come back to go over results a couple weeks later. Afterwards I got a bill for dr visit so I called and was told they charge for wellness visit ..."

"Save yourself the headache and don't go here. The NP was nice but the staff is just awful at their job. They will mess up your testing submissions the billing everything that requires them to know. They will mess up they should not be working in the medical field at all. They messed up my Xrays and Ultrasound when submitting the request twice pushing my appointments back a month. Don't go here unless ..."

"This has to be the absolute worst hospital I have ever been to. It is impossible to get a hold of my doctor, the staff are rude & incompetent, it is impossible to be seen for an appointment, and impossible to receive my medications in a timely manner."
