"I strongly advise anyone to avoid Sage Dental of Coral Gables. At my visit on March 18, 2025, I was told by the office staff that my insurance (Guardian DHMO) would not cover the deep cleaning they recommended. Based on that, I paid $771 in full at the time of service. Later, I learned they had submitted two claims to Guardian anyway — one for the actual cleaning (with a $160 copay) and another for ..."

"I suggest people should read reviews on other sites before going to this "dentist." I purchased Sage Care and should pay $60 for a cleaning. I called the Coral Gables office and asked if they will honor the $60 rate for a dental cleaning - they said yes. The "dentist" checked around my mouth, noting each tooth (no x-rays, mind you) and claimed that I have issues that will cost $1300 to fix. I had ..."
