"Poor response to new patient communication. I called that I was having convulsions in response to the medication prescribed by Dr. Sanz. That was on a Monday morning. The person taking the call looked for the earliest time I could come in to see Dr. Sanz via teleconference. That was the following Tuesday. When I arrived for the appointment I was told there was no record of the appointment or any note ..."
