"I had a 2:30 appointment today. I was told to be there 20 minutes early so I arrived about 2:00 at 3:30 I got up and told them to cancel my appointment. No one offered to tell me they were behind and when I canceled any future appointments the lady didn't seem to care. I am only talking about my visit.
