"These incompetents did not respond to a Social Security Disability review information/records request, wherein SS requested from UBH information for my son for a Status Review. The SS representative called me and I had to get her the fax for University Behavioral Healthcare to send again. This group should be ashamed of how they treat patients and respond to the SS Disability Division."
