"Staff can’t make up their mind about visitor/support persons during an infusion. Came all the way from Rockford because they told us on the phone and the website that one visitor/support person is allowed to go in during an infusion. Get here and the front desk staff says no while the RN says yes. Typical response from them after confronted “we have seen an increase in Covid so we are limiting visitors. ..."
