"Extremely misleading and borderline deceptive billing practices. Everything is pretty much double billed, both by RUSH (as hospital services despite being an outpatient clinic?) and by Eye Center Physicians. They squeeze every dollar they can out of you and your health insurance, and although it doesn’t seem to technically be illegal, it should be. Functionally double billing."

"While their doctors may be good, the administrative operation is dysfunctional. All I wanted was medical records, nobody responded to the fax I sent, and nobody returned the two voice mail messages I left. When I FINALLY reached spoke with someone, all she could do was apologize, because there is no explaination for that type of customer service. I bet, nobody will be reprimanded either, which ..."
