"Really helpful ! It's been very educational working with Dr Clayman. I came in with some running injuries and was able to receive soft tissue therapy as well as instructions about various exercises to do to strengthen the trouble areas. It' s really low key and comfortable at the office and it doesn't feel like one of those traditional snap-crackle-pop chiropractors!"

Came to him with chronic lower back pain and within a month my pain was significantly less, I maxed out on my deadlifts and squats with ZERO pain and great range of motion and overall movement.
