"If you've got an emergency eye problem and you call Dr. Rowan's office over the weekend and leave a message the office may or may not get back to you in a few days. And if you want to schedule an appointment with Dr. Rowan by calling his office during normal working hours you may be on hold indefinitely. And if you hang up your phone and call back out of sheer desperation, some dimwit with the personality ..."
