"Called the customer service line last night to get help with a temporary cap fell off another round rock modern dentist completed first and when I got to the appointment that customer service set knowing all details this DR refused to help me because she does not work on teeth treatments other dr’s started?? Dr Nguyen Said it’s stated in a policy but I have never heard of this?? "
