"Avoid physicians assistant Jonathan Hirsch. The cortisone injection he gave me in my knee caused a large purple bruise and, more importantly, made my knee pain MUCH worse. When I called him to discuss this, he was not sympathetic and told me to take prescription strength painkillers and to get a knee replacement.
