"Got my first bill for a mammogram and find they did not submit to insurance. I cannot find anyone to talk to about this. I will begin with Solis and ask why they chose a firm to read my mammo that was so unfriendly."

"Would give 0 stars if I could. Had a bill, paid the bill. Received notice from a collections agency that they sent me to collections. A week later, I received a second bill for additional services and notice that they may send me to collections for delinquency. Upon calling to speak with a representative, if appears they 1) sent me to collections without notifying me of this possibility, 2) applied ..."

"Actually 0 stars. They double bill collecting on insurance and sending invoices. I’ve had to argue with them the last 2 years receiving calls, texts and emails and paper mail invoices when actually my insurance paid! I will never go there again!"

"Don't believe them when they say they accept your insurance and will verify before the procedure! This is the first time I have ever had to pay for a mammogram! And dealing with their customer service??....let's just say I gave up and paid! Look on Google reviews....I'm not alone!"
