NOT WHAT THE PATIENT WANTED ADDED ALMOST $2,000 PER PATIENT. OVER THE $2,000 , BILLED PER , TO INSURANCE. TOTAL $4,000 PER PERSON. FOR SIMPLE PROCEDURE."
