"We made appointment for my daughter and I to get fitted for Invisalign. Asked several times before coming to the appointment and confirming our appointment was for Invisalign. Even when signing in at the front desk they said yes. They take my daughter to do the x-rays and then myself. While getting my X-rays done I told them I already had brackets from previous Invisalign treatments. They then stated ..."

"THE OFFICE MADE MULTI MISTAKES ON INSURANCE COVERAGE. APPOINTMENTS. AND MAJOR GIVEN INFORMATION OF PROCEDURE. SAID ONE THING . THEN DR. WANTED MORE MONEY AND CHANGED WHAT HE WANTED TO DO. NOT WHAT THE PATIENT WANTED ADDED ALMOST $2,000 PER PATIENT. OVER THE $2,000 , BILLED PER , TO INSURANCE. TOTAL $4,000 PER PERSON. FOR SIMPLE PROCEDURE."
