"I've dealt with several of their doctors - they seem decent (though there are a couple I try and avoid - generally the older guys who it feels are much less attentive and just trying to check the boxes). Their back office is just a nightmare. Cannot do basics with medical billing, and multiple times I have been charged for services even when I asked them not to do anything that shouldn't have been ..."

"The Physicians and nursing staff here are great but the portal system is way out of date, instead of having the ability to create or update patient forms online you have to print then fill out the forms and or fill them out in their facility. It would be much more efficient and time saving to provide the ability to fill these forms out online."
