"Unethical billing procedures. Paid in full for exam and eye glasses. I have receipts and credit card statements showing charges paid. I received a bill EIGHT MONTHS later claiming I owed more money. Rocky Mountain Eye Center claims they have up to twelve months to bill. I spoke with accounts receivable woman and explained but she was rude and would not listen to me.
