"Dr Happel is an outstanding internist He is very thorough, quick to identify issues, quite knowledgeable about the most up to date medications and cautious in recommending appropriate treatments! He is an excellent listener and he is very prompt for all appointments!!"

"Absolutely terrible experience. The office itself looks like an inner city ward. The customer service is awful. Doctors barely look at me during my appointments. Just type on a computer the whole time. This is a medical farm just trying to get as many people in and out as they can. Avoid Drs Day and Lafleur."

"Incredibly difficult to deal with. Staff doesn't seem to know what they are doing. They are always making mistakes and frequently get my appointment information wrong. They do not work at the same pace. It is chaos. One time, a medical assistant changed my appointment time without my consent.
