"I went to this Dentist for cleaning, I also had some questions on extracting a root canal that was done by a previous dentist on my loose tooth. I am very dissapointed in this dentist. He came in the room and never introduced himself, wearing a mask, I never saw his face. The first thing he told me was to buy some expensive water pick at Costco to use when I brush. I told him that I had a cracked ..."

"The staff was friendly but it’s disheartening that you can get the needs service and have to be outsourced somewhere else or charged out of pocket because you have Medicaid/Amerigroup. Then you have to pay upwards of $250 to have a procedure done that is clearly an emergency. There has to be a better way for those of us on a fixed income."

"I went to this dental group for a consultation to possibly extract my tooth. The front desk staff were nice. Once I went to the back for the dentist to examine my teeth, I did not get an explanation as to what he saw and what his recommendations were— considering it was a CONSULTATION. I was lead back to the front desk, and the receptionist began telling me what the cost for an extraction was— which ..."

"Zero star! This is the worst facility I’ve been to ! I walked in to the middle of an altercation between a patient , the Dentist and receptionist ! Everyone was creaming and I that point I think I should have turned around . I thought this was a movie ! The patient was furious and the dentist and his staff lost all professionalism and were yelling back and forth continuing to ignore my presence! ..."

"If I could give this zero stars I would. I feel like my mouth was assaulted the moment that I sat in that chair. Before even talking to the dentist, I was ushered into the x-ray machine. I was shown my wisdom teeth immediately and told that they need to come out. I still don't even know the dentist's name. Once sitting in the chair, the dentist remarked that I also needed braces as well as my wisdom ..."
