"Rocksprings Dental Group has criminally negligent and incompetent dentists. I am left with permanent scarring/swelling due to failed root canal therapy. The treating dentist also inadequately handled pain management due to the massive infection his incompetence caused. They will put $$$$ first and foremost. I was unable to find a lawyer for a malpractice suit so Rocksprings Dental Group got lucky. ..."
