"The waiting room is in desperate need of an update. The chair are worn out and it stinks of filth. Only one bathroom for sometimes 30-40 patients waiting. Follow up with their providers are terrible. Customer service is pitiful with waits up to two weeks to hear back from them. Seriously needs new management. Their anesthesiologist firm left them six months ago and they've not found a replacement. ..."

"Terrible customer service. They make it as difficult as possible to make an appt. or to get a call back from one of the providers. It took us a week to get a call back from a triage nurse, not even the provider and the nurse knew nothing about the case. If there was anywhere else to go to in Rockford, I would never go back... ever!"
