"I have been a patient with this practice since they first opened. I have never had any issues with scheduling an appointment or getting refills. "A patient for nearly 20 years and called to get an immediate appointment. Because I haven’t been there in a while they consider me a “new” patient and they don’t have an appointment for a “new” patient for a week. UNACCEPTABLE!!! I guess you are punished if you have been healthy and haven’t had to be seen there in a while. I will NEVER return to this practice!!!!!!"
