"When I tell you it breaks my heart to give this practice a negative review because I love Dr. Kassam who started this practice; and I've been a patient of his for years. However, the past couple years the support staff has been very subpar. Their communication with me (can only speak for myself but please note recent reviews and the fact that google reviews have been disabled) has been horrible. ..."

"I have been seeing Dr. Kassam for 33 years and if he couldn’t solve my problem he would send me to a specialist that could. I read some reviews where people were upset on how things ran during Covid. Everything was crazy then but some people don’t have much patience. I highly recommend Rockdale Family Practice. "A patient for nearly 20 years and called to get an immediate appointment. Because I haven’t been there in a while they consider me a “new” patient and they don’t have an appointment for a “new” patient for a week. UNACCEPTABLE!!! I guess you are punished if you have been healthy and haven’t had to be seen there in a while. I will NEVER return to this practice!!!!!!"
