"The Doctor's service in May last year was very good but the billing is horrible. They sent me to collections with no reason at all and they continue to send me bills after almost one year, despite I paid in full for my appointment on the same day."

"There is something wrong with your staff Answering your phones, it is impossible to get through. I was on hold for 2+ hours. I left a message and two days later I received a phone call that went to voicemail because again I was on hold with your office and did not see that the call came in ..again I was on hold for 45+ minutes supposedly this time the ninth caller ..I left a callback number. No one ..."
