"I’m in the process of getting new crowns for top front teeth. This process has been so much more. I had my teeth straightened, my gums contoured and it is all coming out to be just what I had hoped for. The entire staff is excellent. I can’t say enough to praise Dr Rothstein and his team. "My new hygenist ,Brittany was friendly, introducing herself, asked if any changes in medication or specific health issues since last visit. Did a very good cleaning , and since I have a few sensitive spots was careful when doing those areas. I was very pleased. "I Have been receiving good care and my insurance was paying. But when I went to check out today the receptionist told me I must pay now because Dr Rothstein had dropped my insurance and I was now out of network. I should have been notified before I came to the appointment or before I had the service. This is common courtesy. If my insurance plan is now out of network, common courtesy dictates ..."

I am sorry you feel that way. We certainly tried our best to inform everyone of the changes in our office. However, we are still submitting insurance claims on our patients' behalf and accepting the assignment of benefits. Your out of pocket expense should not have changed very much if at all with the change.
