"I went in for a minor procedure, a replaced filling, and it was my first visit besides a cleaning. I'm 68 and high maintenance, in that I don't like stuff in my mouth, etc., but I was most helped by the friendly staff. And friendly ain't easy in this time of COVID. It was a good experience, and Dr. Roberson is someone I admire greatly personally and as a professional."

"This was my first appointment with Dr. Roberson, and I was a bit apprehensive to go during the COVID situation. The office took excellent measures to keep patients safe. My dental hygienist was friendly, efficient, and regularly checked in to see how I was feeling. Dr. Robeson also was warm and jovial yet professional. "From the moment I walked in the staff was very professional and friendly at the same time. Their COVID protocols made me feel at ease and the whole experience was very efficient without feeling rushed. The atmosphere is convivial and the office setting is nicely adapted to an historic house, which also happens to be within walking/biking distance of home- big bonus!"

However The hygiene assistant did not talk to me, introduce herself, or explain what she was doing, complained loudly about not being able to use the computers, and when I expressed my nervousness about dental appointments had no sympathy. She acted as if I was not a human. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth did a great job, was kind, and the dentist who examined me was ..."
