"I'm concerned for the vulnerable at this clinic. The staff is the most unprofessional, caustic, impatient, and aggressive I've ever encountered. From being told my first visit that I'd "have to reschedule because your paperwork isn't complete" (which I said; Absolutely not, I'll have to find another PA I've never been told that before, and grudgingly handed the papers back) to the closed, shaded, ..."
