"My son had an appointment at 4. We arrived at 3:50, the lady called him in the back for a urine sample. He stood in the hall drinking water from 3:55-4:50 because he claim he couldn't go. I asked would I have to pay the $20 no show fee. They said no his medicaid would cover but he would have a no show on his chart even though we were there and once he gets 3 they would discharge him. "I had a horrible experience over the phone trying to reschedule an appointment and get my medication. I left a 1 star Google review to which the office called me the next day and politely let me know after I explained everything that led to the review that if there is a breakdown in rapport they can just "refer me out".
