"I had a horrible experience over the phone trying to reschedule an appointment and get my medication. I left a 1 star Google review to which the office called me the next day and politely let me know after I explained everything that led to the review that if there is a breakdown in rapport they can just "refer me out". "This place is a bait and switch. They misconstrue in order to make it appear as if a psychiatrist is present at their location, when he is in fact not. They are uncaring and uncompassionate when questioning patients about their condition. I was treated poorly to say the least.
