"I went to fill out a new Patient form a this clinic, the person I spoke to gave me the paper to fill out, I returned them to the same person, Due to the first appointment available, I ask what if someone needed a sooner appointment, I was told that they would need to go to urgent care. Because this person was in training a supervisor came over to the cubicle, to discuss the conversation we had had. I ..."

"I have gone to this clinic for years because the insurance MADE ME! This is the worst clinic I have ever frequented in my life! I ask them for help and they refuse to help me properly. They are more worried about themselves and refuse to discuss my ailments and cures but only want to play god and prescribe their ideas of medical aid."

"If I could give no stars I would. At the beginning this place was worthy of five stars I was like Panic At the Disco's High Hopes. In the early days where the sun shines and birds sing I liked my doctor. I won't name him but he knows ExAcTlY who he is doncha? And his horrible nurse. So I have been sick for eight weeks as of the day writing this. I have been unable to work,can hardly drive,or get through ..."
