"My father had an appointment today with an urologist at your clinic. He is 95 years old, in pain, has been waiting for this appt ( which had been rescheduled) and needs a driver to take him. He got there early as directed at 230 pm. Checked in for his 3 pm appt then sat in an exam room for 45 min without seeing a soul.
