"Terrible, terrible excuse for a customer service department (in billing). I'm not sure the "representative" understood or comprehended English. Even though the ultrasound at OhioHealth itself was great, I would hesitate using this company again (as if there was an alternate choice) because of billing problems. I'd truly be embarrassed if I was a C-level exec at this company. Too bad they won't let ..."
