"Was notified that after 14 years as a patient, could no longer be a patient because I have Aetna insurance ( as do all retired Ohio teachers and non-certified personel in the State of Ohio). Worse thing is I found a new doctor, and I can't get them to forward my records. It's been a month since I submitted a request in writing at the office."
