"I have been a patient of this group since 2007. I am sad to say they have gone down hill seriously. They were great when they were Rivebend Medical but ever since Trinity they lost their competent doctors and apparently only hire uncaring and incompetent practitioners. Even then, they are not able to hire doctors to service their existing patients. My most recent PCP (who was not great) left the ..."

"I am so sorry the Dr's were good, but the Nurses that assisted for the Dr's were very cruel and told the Dr. I was rude to them, just to cause problems for the patients and Doctors. I had to stop going there. When I complained to the supervisors they stood by the doctor's assistants even when it was written how many times they cancelled my appointments and did not even have my appt on the records. ..."

"They won't write scripts to cover you until your next visit. Not sure if they are experimenting to see how skipping medications affects a person but I'm dubious that it can be helpful. 6 days without thyroid meds, have gone to Dr office, gone to walgreens, had conf call w Humana. Still no meds."

"They have gone down since covid 19 in 2021 they are barely a doctors office. My daughter came here for her pediatrician and i changed after the first appointment, rough with children and don’t care to hear any concerns. I was diagnosed with Post partum after going to Pediatric of Hampden County down the street and treated me and my first born so nicely !! Will never go back to Trinity."

"Dr Ahmed will come in the room stand up instead of sitting on the chair in front of the computer and if you don’t understand her with her heavy accent she will report you and say you said does she even speak english. Agawam office went down very quickly during covid. Appointments take months to receive, they will not help you over the phone and will make fake reviews acting as patients on google to ..."
