"Was a bit apprehensive but things went smoothly and on time, everyone doing what I was advised would occur. Considering the number of patients and doctors operating, it was run efficiently. I was operated on at the time they said it would take place, and the anesthesiologist was very efficient and the recovery period was amazing and myvision is now perfect!"

"Why do you have to get there on time and then sit over 2 hours before you are seen for your procedure in an overcrowded waiting room? Also why do people have to bring 2 to 3 people with them? There was one person who brought extra people and they were taking pictures like they were doing instagram posts! One person who is your driver is enough. It was just a poor experience."

"Not such a nice experience. Felt like “cattle call”. I was apparently on a production line and it felt rushed and frightened me. My anesthesiologist was rude. My hand is still bruised horribly (and I have good veins). I wasn’t “out” for the procedure :/ The person who surprised me with a paper gown over my head was wrong in doing so. There were 2 kind people I encountered. My surgeon was rushing along ..."
